Best poster award - 20th ICC Conference 2022 [20.07.22]
The 20th ICC Conference 2022, of the International Association for Cereal Science and Technology (ICC), on “Future Challenges for Cereal Science and Technology,” was held from 05 to 07 July 2022 and was hosted by the University of Natural Resources and Life Sciences BOKU in Vienna.

Mr. Esteban Gutierrez La Torre, doctoral researcher of the 2nd generation in the IRTG AMAIZE-P in Research Subject 3.1, attended the ICC Conference and presented a poster titled: “Influence of the sourdough produced with Weissella confusa on the quality of Peruvian maize bread.” The poster was very well received by the conference participants and won the ICC Best Poster Award!
The conference also offered a very good occasion for networking to get to know more potential collaborators with the IRTG.
